            Oh good lord, is she trying to imitate ganguro?

            Someone needs to slap the bleach offa her fast.

            P.S. if you want to see more examples of ganguro and why she needs to be slapped, just google the images. I enjoy Japanese culture, but she's making a mockery of it.
