TL;DR version: Photographer who shoots senior pictures refuses to shoot certain students photos because of cruel online harrassment of other students. Refunds the money to the parents and gives them a formal rejection letter.

I have this up on my FB, I said there as someone who worked for a studio doing school photos, just about every photographer and their assistant has wanted to do that at least once.
I had kids be horrible to classmates right in front of me, and sometimes in front of their parents. They were always mystified by the fact their appointment would "accidentally" get moved to later, or the one they were picking on got their pictures taken before them and they ended up ignored until the end. I never put up with that, I couldn't lay down the law with them (stupid schools). I could however and at times encouraged to do it, brighten up the one being picked on, example: "Omg I LOVE that shirt on you, looks gorgeous with your eyes." Or friendly encouraging chatting. Then completely ignore the bullies looking for attention, often we would usher them thru quickly and pay no attention to their protests of wanting to be fawned over. With senior photos I was allowed a bit of snark when talking to the bullies, even if the parent was there. Rude, pushy kids also got the I will ignore you until you stop it treatment. I think enough years training animals helped me...

I was a favorite with the photogs, I could be sarcastic or snarky all while sounding cheerful with a sweet smile on my face. Kids never knew what hit them.

I'll be doing school photos for a company a second time starting this month, and Squeak is absolutely right. While I never really saw any bullying there are still students acting way too immature to get their pictures taken. You wanna kick them out but the schools would probably just send them back after they go to a teacher with a SC-complaint style story that makes them sound like the victim. Most of the time if we see somebody acting out we can really only bring it to the attention of the teacher or whatever staff is there, though a coworker of mine did epically tell some doofus high schooler that he wouldn't be getting his picture taken when he thought it would be funny to feel himself up through his pants, and to try again on retake day.

Having photographs taken, especially Senior Pictures, is a privilege not a right. (only the yearly pics, for reference isn't-- if the kid gets taken-- which is why they do them along with yearbook)
AND the business/photographer has the right to turn away custom. After all, who doesn't want to make money??
Bitches need to learn respect. (and not just the females)

That is, if they stick around. I was stuck at one awful school with close to three hundred kids, by my self and all the staff took off. Of course, drill Sargent Squeaks came out with full approval of my photographer. I do NOT mess around, I don't take intimidation well either, especially from some acting tough teenage boys who thought they were being cute by trying to force me into letting them not get their pictures taken. Ugh I still hate that school and that was last year. One teacher stayed and ignored the issues until I stood there staring at him any time the kids got out of control, he was not leaving with his class until he made them behave. Other kids due to the amount of them, some would sneak off when I was busy to the finished line instead of going to the photog, most got caught by me, I might have been alone, but I have a damn good memory and if I saw them I would send them to the photog who could see if he had gotten their picture already.
