This guy pretty much stopped the car in the MIDDLE OF THE STREET and wandered over to an ATM. He caused a traffic jam, but pretty much waved to everyone behind him as he went back to his car.

I should add as well that outside of peak hour and roadworks, Adelaide is not known for having massive traffic jams, so this probably just made things worse.
