    Would you be willing to have your paycheck docked for these rule violations?

    I'm glad I don't work this guy or anyone like him.

    I understand the principle, but I think this is a bad idea. What's to stop the manager from just being a dick and docking his employees for bullshit violations so he can pay them less?

    That's a real dick move, IMO. Write ups, reprimandings yes but to dock pay for that, no way.
