  • Another "Let's Fake Illness To Get Free Stuff" Loser

    http://usnews.msnbc.msn.com/_news/20...me-served?lite

A further step backwards for humanity as yet another greedy jerk fakes illness to scam free items, in this case a wedding.

BTW most posters to the original article say "time served" is nowhere enough for what she did, even though she has paid back most of the money...

    Scum.

If you want a 'dream wedding and honeymoon' get a job, save up the money and pay for the blasted thing. If you can't afford a $50K wedding, then maybe you need to rethink either your ability to save, or what you want your wedding to be.

[My brother paid $30K for a 9 month marriage, Rob and I paid $100 and have been chugging along for 2 years. You do the math. ]
EVE Online: 99% of the time you sit around waiting for something to happen, but that 1% of action is what hooks people like crack, you don't get interviewed by the BBC for a WoW raid.

what boggles my mind is this...

O'Connell says that Vega will live with his family after her release.
Cos sharing your home with your ex always leads to rainbows, unicorns, and puppies right?

I was beyond pissed when I read that. What that fucking bitch did was just low and I have no pity for her whatsoever. I don't blame the guy for divorcing her at all. Unless you're loaded and have money to burn, there's a few things to do to have a nice wedding: do the research, budget, prioritize and save.

I'm pleased to see her hubby divorced her, but it would be interesting to see if they remarry after she's released.

People like this need a lengthy jail sentence AND to be ordered to pay back what they owe.

OTOH ... at least the general public knows her now for what she is.
