They fumbled the flash-bang behind a closed door.


No one injured, just stunned, and lots of laughing.

My retired pilot buddy has some vid footage of a helicopter crew dropping a 5 ton training weight onto the piste and cratering it. I wish I could get a copy, it is hysterical. I don't speak German, but I would assume the dialog is pretty funny [between the ground crew taping and the helo crew on the radio]

Well, if they could withstand the flashbang itself, they could still incapacitate their opponents by making them laugh themselves silly.
