The supposed charges:
1 Giving false information to the police
2 Obstructing or resisting police officer in the performance of his duty
3 Reckless Driving
4 Third-degree assault from an alleged club brawl
The first 3 are from CA all in the same incident, and the 4th is a new one from NY.
it's like this, but ... x 2 i guess? cos ... she's still on probation for the jewelry theft, so how the NY one turns out will determine whether or not the probation was violated.
the irony is that just 9 days ago she was reported as saying how the jail time she served 2 years ago was a blessing in disguise
