WBC loses 2 members!

Not just any two members, but two of the PHELPS themselves! The sisters (aged 27 & 19) split from the church, citing regret and apologizing for how they behaved while part of the WBC.


I have to say... I have a lot of respect for them doing this. Not only are they apologizing, but they did this *knowing* that the rest of the family would shun them. (and yes they've been cut off)


I wish them well and hope they can succeed away from that poison.
(and that others follow in their footsteps!)

She knows that her family "is well intentioned"? Baloney. It's good that two of them left, I guess, but sounds like the older one still can't clearly see what her family is really like.

From the looks of it, she's really regretting the choices she made while in the WBC. I know "I thought I was doing good" doesn't cut it much, but... it looks like she's realizing that herself too, and is taking a long hard (and painful) look at herself.

especially when face to face with some of the families on the receiving end of the protests.
