Hoo boy. Where to begin?
To start off with that is not a TASER, that is a stun gun. The difference between the two is that a TASER and other electroshock weapons induce muscle spasms to incapacitate the target while a stun gun just shocks the hell out of them.
Second, odds are good stun guns are illegal where he lives so that thing will not see ANY use unless he wants a visit from the police.
