Veronica Mars is getting a movie!!

Well, ok, they haven't hit their goal as of the posting of this link, but since they've gotten over $1.5 million in pledges since 8am, it's pretty much a sure thing.

Looks like they met - and exceeded - the 2M goal, with 29 days left still.
Wonder what'll happen if they actually get enough $ to make the movie.

This will open floodgates. I wouldn't be surprised if another Firefly was on the horizon.

I don't know a lot about Veronica Mars. It's impossible to get a hold of in the UK!
