      Not really. I don't play ME2. As I have only a PS2, no x-box or Ps3.

      TPBM has advice sleeping a full night. I keep waking up in the middle of my sleep cycle.

        No caffeine after 6 PM, no full meals at least 2 hours before bed, and listen to some classical music? That always works for me.

        TPBM will put Child Rum to bed for Mr. Rum so I can go to my sleep study not being stressed out.
