I don't! And to answer your question Greeny. When a publisher releases a new cover design for a book, they cease to print the book with the old cover. So there is a period of time, when the old covers aren't being published any more, but the new covers haven't been published. Thanks to this horrible limbo, we end up with the problem I am in.
