Basically, yeah. It's like how Thelassa criticizes her (or, she used to) for being useless in the sense that, aside from maybe altering how the enemy feels, she has no tactical advantages in a full-scale skirmish. She can protect herself from a few unarmed punks in a dark alley, but she isn't going to go Jackie Chan on armed soldiers.

Remember Frost is the 'emotional' one..don't think she speaks for all the group.

I know, Frost is just being Frost. Thelassa has changed the way she looks at things, and is more pissed at Frost for reminding her of how unfair she was to Kate. The reason she got along with Frost so well before was because she felt like they were close to the same. Now she's seeing for herself that she was being a ruthless bitch.

She's starting to remember what it's like to have friends.

Mytical, a question--
would it be possible to pester more technically minded people on base and (with Ananda's maybe-not-so-helpful-help, you know the type you get when someone doesn't know everything) somehow either fix the watch Quake had, or reverse-engineer stuff to the point where it could get made again? Having Quake "un-Quake" seems like a good thing, in her mind.

Hmm Johnny MIGHT be able to, but keep in mind he is no 'HiTech'. I was wondering when somebody would get around to it though *grins*.
