QC:So Dr, you established he was dead?
Dr : Yes I did
QC: Did you take a pulse
Dr: No your honour
QC: A blood pressure reading?
Dr: No
QC: Did you infact undertake any assesment to ascertain whether or not he was actually dead?
Dr: No
QC: And yet you tell us he was, how did you know this?
Dr: Because his brain was in a jar on my desk
QC: And you're quite sure he was dead?
Dr: Well, he could have been out practicing law somewhere
