BG: For those not in the area of New York City, Massepequa is a large town on Long Island.
First Kid: My whole class has to do a report on food in Mesopotamia.
Second Kid: I need information on food in Macedonia.
Third Kid: Watta you have on food in Massepequa?
Dad: I'm here to pick up some books for my kid. She's got Soccer practice and doesn't have time to come here and get stuff herself. She has an assignment to research food in Masse or Mesa something-or-other. You know what we need.
Oddly enough, we do have a book that deals with Mesopotamian culinary texts. I wonder how that would go over with a 6th Grade teacher.
