A fancy limo is driving along a stretch of road and inside a Mob boss is torturing a guy for information.
After refusing to co-operate, the mob boss cuts of the guy's penis and chucks it out the window of the moving car, which hits the windscreen of the car behind.
The guy driving the car behind quickly turns on his wipers to brush it off before his young daughter saw it.
