Help me figure out this poem...

..and i'll love you forever!

So, many years ago, i came across a poem online that supposedly is an older, well known one. It was a poem about death, but in terms of the sea and maybe a bell ringing. I was thinking it was by Robert Frost but I've found nothing by him that is like that.

Yeah, vague I know. Recently, Ive been trying to find it but have come up with nothing.

That poem was read out at the funeral of our local vicar last year, and it's strange but as soon as I saw your description I was just sure that was the one you meant. Glad to have helped, Amina.
