I took a half-day on Friday (early b-day present to myself) and went to the pub. He was there and asked me if I would go with him to the local chapters and help him buy it.
He's been using it ever since. It's super simple to use and so much better than a whiteboard.
He and I have been friends for yonks so he doesn't actually "write" me much. Usually the first 2 words and I can 90% of the time figure out what he's going to say.
Stupid thing, though, he can't speak, but he's not deaf, however, almost of us friends find ourselves speaking louder when we address him
. He gets a amused about that.
