If she's that friendly, she's probably a lost or abandoned pet. See if there are any 'lost' posters in the neighborhood or listings in the paper. If nobody's looking for her, I hope you decide to keep her - she's adorable!Leave a comment:

Cute Little Surprise In My Yard
Late last night, I was sitting here, writing or doing something or other on the computer, when I heard a very distinct series of mews from somewhere outside. At first, I put it off to being some sort of wild animal, but then I realized... that sounded like a cat! So, I threw my sweatshirt on, grabbed my phone to use as a flashlight and headed outside. This little one is what I found.
I think it's a little girl, and wow is she friendly. She came right to me from where she was sitting huddled on the seat of hte lawnmower last night. I'm wondering if she was someone's pet who was lost or dumped, since she's so friendly. This is the third time cats have showed up in my yard over the years. The last two were mamas who gave birth nearby! I'm not sure if I'm going to keep her as of yet. We'll see what happens. All I know is, she is cute and she is a lover!
