    Cupcakes

    So every year I make baked goodies for our clients. This year it was bog standard gingerbread cookies, and cupcakes with fondant "quilted" friendship squares on top. What. A bloody. Ballache. Cutting and assembling the fondant took 2 hours. My back. Ow. But at least it looks kind of pretty.

                    TTO took em to the clients. Apparently one woman literally started dancing around the office because of the cupcakes... O.o

                    Just basic vanilla buttermilk cupcakes with a buttercream frosting. Honestly, I didn't even make the fondant...
