I've always used a mix of paprika and mustard powder for mine.

Eggs are done and chillin in the fridge, and I'm gonna wait until 4:30 to do the mini burgers and mini tacos. The popcorn I'll just throw in when the other stuff is almost gone. I think I did a pretty good job with the eggs, I used jumbo since it seemed like a pretty good size.

the filling recipe my family has always used is
the yolks mashed up (obviously)
mayo
dried mustard powder
paprika
finely minced green olives
We'd then decorate them with a slice of green olive on top of the filling and a sprinkle of the paprika.Don't wanna; not gonna.
