Having just said good night to Mytical, I'm sitting here sipping hot chocolate and still squeeing over the muntjac deer and her baby that just visited my back garden (cutest thing you ever did see!)
Engaged to the sweet Mytical He is my Black Dragon (and yes, a good one) strong, protective, the guardian. I am his Silver Dragon, always by his side, shining for him, cherishing him.

Having been irritated by people at work all night long, I'm contemplating a mixture of conflicting emotions, such as how good it would feel to backhand some of these people, how much I'm hoping that people will just pass out and leave me alone, confusion at why a pair of 80 year olds would come asking for a hotel tour to see if they liked our rooms at 2am, a distinct need to go to the bathroom (but fear if I do, something will be set on fire), and general reminiscence about how hungry I am.

      Tonight is a complicated night.
"That's too bad. Hospitals aren't fun to fight through."
"What IS fun to fight through?"
"Gardens. Electronics shops. Antique stores, but only if they're classy."

Update, watching the original version of Star Wars Episode V while awaiting tea
A PSA, if I may, as well as another.

When you say "original version of episode V", do you mean that in the re-release prior to the release of (Boo! Hiss!) The Phantom Menace, Lucas mangled Return of the Jedi as badly as he did with A New Hope (the original Star Wars)? Haven't seen the re-release of RotJ, but the re-release of NH was a hack job. Some of the new stuff was gratuitious, other stuff was cheesy (Han meets Jabba - direct duplication of Han meeting one of Jabba's henchmen), and he went against canon (Han shot first!). The one thing he DIDN'T do would have been a simple fix to tie the original movies to the new ones. A popular sport (pod racing) completely disappearing in someone's lifetime? There should have been an addition to the Mos Eisly cantina scene - a bookie's chalk board giving odds on the weekend's pod race.

I mean the special feature on a DVD that's completely untouched and no added horrible CGI stuff

Waiting for my son to fall asleep for his morning nap and trying to decide what I need to pack for my 2 week trip to Europe. I've got plenty of clothes, it's the other stuff I'm stalled on. Especially stuff for my son on the plane...

Watching another ep of "Hoarders" before bedtime soon (which even though I want to reach through the tv and slap some of these folks at the same time it does help me get motivated to work on my house.)

Getting ready to dust and vacuum the bedroom down for the week . . . just finished putting the bed back together (took it apart and washed the dust ruffle, then put it and the mattress and sheets back on.)

Trying to work up the energy to go upstairs and retouch my hair color...
