Spoilers can be different things though. I got pretty annoyed with someone for telling me about a cameo in Guardians of the Galaxy before I'd seen it. As it happened, it didn't spoil the still fantastic movie but I wonder how I'd have reacted when I saw the cameo without knowing anything about it. Also, I'm glad I saw "Luke I am your father" in Empire Strikes Back without being told about it first.Comment

I live in an area where I do not have "first look" access to movies, and that has sort of de-sensitized me to spoilers in general.
