Frustrated.

So, most know about my mind issues..today was worse then normal. Woke up, couldn't get back to sleep..was talking to somebody via text. Person out of the blue (or seemed that way at the time) ask what the heck I was talking about.. so since I can see my texts I sent them.. I looked back. I had no clue what I was talking about. Not only was it not complete sentences, most were not even complete words. What seemed logical to me at the time was a hot mess. Here are some random samples from that conversation ((My side of the conversation only))

Like I said. no clue what I was trying to say on any of them.. but it seemed perfectly ok when I typed them.. somehow.

Honey, that was your brain (or part of it) trying to say 'You need to sleep' - I remember a friend texting me late at night, because she was upset, and trying to keep awake to answer her when I was bone tired... I woke up with the phone still in my hand and some utter gibberish on the screen. Made sense to me at the time but not in the cold light of day *gives hugs*
