I play a game through Facebook that is also available as an app on smartphones. Now, for whatever reason they have two servers, one for smartphones and the other for Facebook, and they can't interact with each other.
Also, the Facebook site hasn't been working lately and they have given NO reason for this, or any sort of timeline as to when it'll be back. It's making a lot of people suspect they were hacked, which would not be good for anyone who made an in-game purchase. They are simply telling people "Send in a support ticket" when we are ALL getting the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. Very few people can even actually get into the game, and there's a bit of an honor system that this is disrupting (I help your critters grow, if you'll help mine. I don't see that you helped mine, I remove you from my friends). It's really causing more stress than it's worth, but this game is slow-moving and something I really enjoy because I can do stuff in between and just check back on it occasionally.
I just needed to get this off my chest, sorry.
