I just play whatever I feel like listening to. For months it's been mostly Audiomachine (it's great for mood music when I'm writing).

This is what I've been listening to recently:

      Ice of Phoenix - Audiomachine
Mission to the Unknown - Audiomachine
      Icarus - Ivan Torrent
The Summer Lady - Steeleye Span
      Firebird - S.J. Tucker
      The Scotsman - Brian Bowers
      Gayatri Mantra - Lindie Lila
I'm Going Slightly Mad - Queen
      Light Crusaders - Ivan Torrent
May Queen - Three Weird Sisters
When you start at zero, everything's progress.

I tend to listen to whole albums at a time... Too too many years of playing LPs...

It offends my obsessive/repulsive soul if White Bird isn't followed by Hot Summer Day... (18.4 hours of \I\It's A Beautiful Day\) or 28 must precede Magic Carpet Ride (9.5 hours of \S\Steppenwolf\)
            I am not an a**hole. I am a hemorrhoid. I irritate a**holes!

You mean like this... My late husbands vinyl collection and mine
As soon as I start thinking
              That I'm sensible and sane

I'm currently listening to something not on any playlist in the world! A recording of the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra's fall concert from the 1991/92 season. It's currently playing "Danse Bacchanale" from Saint-Saens's "Samson and Delilah". The reason I'm playing that particular recording is because I was in the orchestra that year and I was able to acquire the recording recently.

                    For my real playlist:

"Abendesegen" from the opera "Hansel and Gretel", sopranos: Kathleen Battle and Frederica Von Stade

Birdhouse in Your Soul- They Might Be Giants

Can't Help Falling In Love- Elvis Presley

December, 1963-Frankie Valie and the Four Seasons

                    The Gambler- Kenny Rogers

I'm still a guy- Brad Paisley

A Little Fall of Rain, Les Miserables, Original London cast.

                    A Lover's Concerto- The Toys

Pulcinella Suite, Stravinsky, Academy of St. Martin in the Fields

                    Smells Like Teen Spirit- Nirvana
At the conclusion of an Irish wedding, the priest said "Everybody please hug the person who has made your life worth living. The bartender was nearly crushed to death.

I mostly play full LPs, but since I do have an iTunes playlist with some ripped LPs on it, here's what it yields on shuffle mode:

                        2. The Who - Pinball Wizard
                        3. Utopia - The Ikon
                        4. The Beatles - And Your Bird Can Sing
                        5. The Moody Blues - Please Think About It
                        6. The Doors - Summer's Almost Gone
                        7. Mike Dickson - Fanfare for the Common Man (Mellotronworks)
                        8. The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again

                        10. The Beatles - Here Comes the Sun

Quick look at my 'Instrumentals' playlist. For this one, I'll post what movie/tv show/game the track is from if there is one.

                          1) Back In Business- Joseph LoDuca (Hercules: The Legendary Journeys)
                          2) Theocles- Joseph LoDuca (Spartacus: Blood and Sand)
                          3) The New Beginning- Chrono Symphonic
                          4) The Arrival and the Reunion- Dead Can Dance
                          5) Sands of Time- Daniel Yount (Shadow of Israphel)
                          6) Learn Me Right- Birdy (Disney's Brave)
                          7) Out of the Frying Pan- Howard Shore (The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey)
                          8) Cave Lizard- Jay Usher (King's Quest VII: The Princeless Bride)
                          9) Once Upon a Time Orchestral Suite- Mark Isham (Once Upon a Time)
                          10) Your New Friend Sugar Plumps- Kyle Gabler (Little Inferno)

Yes, I realize that a couple of these weren't purely instrumental, but they're on this playlist anyway because the albums they're on are mostly instrumental.
