I don't know about that. I haven't seen ANYTHING about pumpkins in of themselves yet. Everything else though.

Already had my first pumpkin pie chai and have my first trip to the pumpkin patch planned!!!



Victory, no coma because semester started late, we're just now winding down enough for me to amp up the pumpkin production, but I, too, won't get REALLY serious until October.

Right now, I'm finishing up the last of the apples from apple season here.

O.o I thought my work having pumpkin spice cappuccino on our machine, and pumpkin cake donuts in the donut case was bad. At this rate, this pumpkin thing is spreading like a disease or something! Apple is a fall flavor, too. Why don't we see more of that? Not knocking the pumpkins, just making a point.

Just got done putting a pumpkin beer into the fermentor. Mine go to the pumpkin and not so much on the spice. It should be ready for drinking for Halloween. Also this will be intered in a compition (my first).

I tried the Alaskan Pumpkin Ale for the first time at our employee barbecue yesterday. It was Ok, but nothing to write home about.

Apple is a fall flavor, too. Why don't we see more of that? Not knocking the pumpkins, just making a point.

Apple is a common flavour because they can be easily stored and preserved for year round use. Pumpkin is much, much more difficult so it doesn't last much beyond christmas.

I'm not sure about the pumpkin pasta sauce. Part of me wants to try it (sounds like it would go well with some good-quality reasonably plain ravioli) but I know if mom sees it in the house she'd kill me.
