  • Suggestions please?

I'm looking for one or two ideas for savory snack type things I can make to go into this year's holiday boxes. The cheddar crackers were a huge hit last year, but they're just way, way too much work.

So, my guidelines are: not too time consuming to make, stores at room temperature, will keep for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container, and is NOT any variant of Chex mix.

These are a great savoury snack and should keep in a container (that's how we always kept them!) So much deliciousness! On top of that they are amazingly easy to make.

I'm afraid that all my suggestions require the use of a fridge.

Like meatloaf muffins, for example, and cheese platters.

Mixed nuts, however, will work if you're in a hurry. Just make sure that the recipients are not allergic, though.
