Question for those working hotels

If someone checks in as one person, then there is several people in the room, do you call the cops?

I'm trying to figure out what was going on when I got to the hotel last night.

From most of the posts, I think we can infer the cops are called when the extra guests cause other problems.

Well... The rooms WERE right next to each other. I was thinking maybe a fight broke out.
