How do you know it's fall?
--I bought actual pumpkin spice today. I'm going to make a pumpkin shake.
--I think I'll put my wreath up this weekend. I will probably decorate my work desk this week.
--It might be warm during the day, but it's nippy at night.
--I bought a cardigan the other day, though that was more of a cold office thing (even in summer).

I turned around the hanging storage thing that I have! On one side I have all my warm weather stuff (flip-flops, sandals, ballet flats) and on the other side I have cool weather stuff (scarfs, gloves, hats). It's not in my closet, it's on a hook by the front door, so you can't get to both sides like the picture shows. But it's very convenient.

I think tomorrow I'll change my sheets to flannel.

My mom bought me a new coat that I can't wear yet because it's still too warm outside, but I keep eyeing it.

I'm debating if it's too early to buy eggnog.

Oh! I roasted a chicken in the oven for over three hours, which I never do when it's warm outside.

Another way to tell it's fall...saw Christmas decorations in Walmart the other day. And if they had out what I was looking for I would've bought it. A package of 12 solid color balls for a little tree I have. Had some last year but the tree got into a fight with the cat and the cat won.
I would have a nice day, but I have other things to do.

Yeah, I haven't even decorated for fall and so I did not want to smell cinnamon nor see fully assembled Christmas trees in Big Lots today.

Walking past a grocery store, I was just about choking on the faux cinnamon from INSIDE. I hate shopping there anyway and avoid doing so when I can, sinus pain just adds to that aversion.

We really don't have much of a fall here in Phoenix, so for me......I'd answer the question with "Bath and Body Works starts stocking Pumpkin and Apple scented products".
