And for munchkinmama should the card be addressed to the munchkins?

Most people actually included the +4 this time. I only filled in two or three.

She wanted them to go to her son, so his name is listed first. You can do it the way it is on the label, or if you're handwriting them, you can address it just to him, if you want.

So I made myself a little tally grid...tell us here who you get cards from; I'll be keeping an eye on the thread and checking 'em off. I'll share the totals periodically.

My grid is in Excel and uses conditional formatting to turn the square bright green when I put an X in it. With any luck I'll just have a big green box when we're done.

Yep. Start now -- Even if you can only send out 3 or 4 a week for some reason, that's fine Send the international ones first, though; they coudl easily take as long as a month to get there. Ideally, they should all be sent out before the end of December, *especially* for those going out internationally. If at all possible, before the end of January. If you even suspect that you may take longer than that, please send BSE a message ASAP so you don't wind up on... The Naughty List *boom! crack!*

Mail 'em whenever you want (well, before January, preferably). One of the regular participants has always sent hers within a few days of receiving the list and people would start getting them within the first week.
