Here is the process:
1. Post a question you've obtained or made up.
2. Next person should answer the question and post another. If he doesn't know the answer he can skip it but has to post 2 of his own questions.
3. If the previous post contains 2 questions, you may pick one to answer and then post your own. You are, however, free to answer both if you'd like. Still, every person who posts has to come up with a question.
