  • Canadians, I like some of your "tv shows".

Found a few on Amazon Prime.

Ones I've seen so far that I really enjoyed are:

    Corner Gas
    Fugget About It

and right now, I'm in the middle of watching "Todd and the Book of Pure Evil".

I had to look up "Todd and the Book of Pure Evil". Oh happy day! It is included with Amazon Prime. So much for what I had planned for the next few days.

It's not really "laugh out loud" funny...but it's definitely a comedy. The episodes are short, too, so you can probably knock out a season (maybe both) in a day or so...

I used to love that back when it aired on Nickelodeon! I had a crush on Moose....
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged.
One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world.
The other, of course, involves orcs." -- John Rogers

I would love to see some You Can't again.

Fun fact: A Canadian singer who first became popular in the 90's used to be on that show. Cookies if you remember who it was.

(since she's the only decent singer Canada have apart from Bryan Adams...and Robin Schrebatsky)

I think Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, kd Lang, Gordon Lightfoot Anne Murray are all pretty decent singers from Canada.

"Corner Gas" was very very popular!
Have you managed to see "This Hour Has 22 Minutes"? It's a satire show. There are clips on YouTube.
