We've had huge rainfall lately and they're was a inch of water inside the mailbox, unfortunatley Cinema Guys' card got completely soaked.

I hope to have mine out by the end of the week.

I am so sorry to be so late.
I just can't get into the spirit of things this year.
We don't even have our tree up, or even a single light hung outside.
I barely even have my Christmas shopping started.

I don't even have a single cookie baked, either, and have no desire to even start.

I have really been trying, but I can't shake it. My husband was my Christmas. He was like a little kid, and he always made it special.

I have appreciated so much, getting all the cards so far. (As I mentioned, it appears a couple of them have gone astray, sadly, either at my local post office, or in my home. I have looked around, and I don't see them anywhere, though.)
Normally, I have them all hung up on their little clothespin ribbons, but they are all still sitting beside my bed.

My foster daughter has offered to help me finish making them, so I am hoping to finish them up tomorrow night and get them out the next day. (I have about 16 made right now.)

If they end up being late to my overseas friends, I truly am sorry.

I'm sorry to hear your struggling Ree, your loss is so fresh its bound to be hard this year, let yourself feel what ever it is you feel without feeling guilty about it. My thoughts are with you, I know everyone else on the CS site are to.

As I told someone else, I worried a bit about hijacking the thread, looking like I was playing for sympathy, and bringing the tone of the thread down, but I feel so bad after playing drill sergeant with everyone else over the cards, and then having mine still sitting on the table, half made, and I wanted to explain.
