Got Steve's card back as UTF. I;m guessing the mailbox got full, carrier puilled mail and left a 'Please pick up your mail within ten days or I will assune it's vacant.' Wasn't picked up in ten days and he was MLNA'd (moved left no address).

And those stickers are easy to take off and are not placed by human hands.

Yeah, the sticker peeled right off the one I got back. I'm not sure it's worth re-sending. I have a feeling you'll just get it back (I tried twice and got 'em both back). I sent him a PM in which I described the card I made and what it said inside instead. If I had a scanner I'd send him a pic...

On the upside, so far I have not gotten Daisy's card back again...*fingers crossed*

Today I got a card from Nakajo and a notice saying I don't have to worry about jury duty for four more years.

I like it when the mailman brings me good stuff like that.

Today I got Nakajo's "card" (You're adorable!) and Steve's card returned to me as UTF as well. Unfortuantely, they wrote "UTF" right on the envelope, not the sticker. Can I resend it if I remove the sticker or what?

Technically once the stamp has been processed your not supposed to use it again. I don't recommend doing that but thats mostly because I'm loosing my route due to funding issues.

Until Steeve gets with his carrier and lets him know he still lives at his address (and then tells us)...I'm not re-sending it out.

It's very weird. When ever my old mail box (In TN and NC) was full, the post office would just dump my incoming mail into a box until I stopped by and picked it up.

Of course, I also told the post office I was going out of town. Maybe that's the difference?

That and maybe your carrier knew that sometimes you couldn't pick it up.

But like I said in one of my stories, we don't have bags of infinite space...

It could be that his carrier sticks to ten days and then thats it no time after that. I personally give people fifteen, but thats because I have a LOT of college kids and most pick it up in time. Only four addresses haven't.

JAM, the last of my cards went out before New Year's. Stupid me ran out of 72 and 94-cent stamps...so those of you in Canada, the UK, Australia, NZ, etc. should be getting them shortly. I apologize for that.

LOL, that's totally fine Protege. I don't care at all that some cards are going out late. It's just the total lack of communication with some of the sign ups that is frustrating to me.
