From age 16 to about 32, I was the same damn weight: 130 lbs, give or take a pound or two here or there. At 5'8" and male, that is thin, but not really cause for concern. I looked thinner than I was because, as a lifelong bicyclist, I have very muscular legs. (People who have met me in jeans or pants often think, mistakenly, that I have chicken legs....when they see me later in shorts, they are a bit surprised. No, my arms and legs are NOT proportionate.
)
Now, I am not in any way a medical professional, but as a female at a height of 5'4", none of the three weights you mentioned (145, 137, 125) sound dangerously skinny to me. The only way I could see these weights being ultra skinny is if (pardon my crude language here) you have really huge tits.
For comparison, I was out the other night with a lovely blonde bombshell. She is curvy in all the right places (hence the descriptive title of "bombshell"), she stands a puny 4'11", and she tips the scales at about 108. You are five full inches TALLER than her. Think about it. I could cite other examples, but you get the point, I hope.
Now, why do I have the nagging suspicion that these family members who think you are "too skinny" are either Jewish or Italian? Anyone else hearing in their head the stereotypical Jewish/Italian grandmother chastising the OP, "You're all skin and bones. Here, eat, eat, mangia, mangia!"?
