I love herb tea. I'm taking some with me on my train trip. Awesome stuff.

And I'll have to try the Boca burgers. I know I've had one of their varieties and liked it, but I've forgotten which one now.

Oh well, another chance to try them all.

have you ever tried quorn? They carry it in my favorite co-op. I like the tenders chunks, the breaded nuggets, the burger pattie and the crumbles for chili and spaghetti sauce.

I was originally hesitant about trying it, as I am highly allergic to mushrooms, and it is fungus based, but the coop had a new product demo on it, and I nabbed a nugget and took it home to do a skin test on it, and then a trial nibble when I didnt get a welt from the skin scratch test.

Honestly, I gave my dedicated carnivore brother some of the breaded nuggets and he honestly thought they were chicken. It has a good solid texture, a good neutral flavor so that you can add your own flavors to it, and is nice to keep on hand for random vegan visitors or for when I feel like something different. I wont be trying the goat cheese ones as I detest goat cheese, but a friend of mine says they are pretty good.

<reads box> Ha you are right ... but the friends I have are lacto ovo, so it works out. I do have some of the portobello based veggi burgers in the freezer also, and some really spiffy deep fried flavored tofu nuggets that are pretty tasty.
