So...my best friend and I are thinking of starting a wedding planning business. Is there anyone here that's done this that can give us some advice, or kind of mentor us a bit?

I've DJ'd weddings (four years worth) and have helped various friends plan their weddings, which I find rather easy.
The question is, what experience do you have? What makes you an expert? What help and/or advice are you looking for?
