  • Shut down sequence initiated?

So, I think my body is finally beggining to crap out on me.

Not only am I getting heartburn whenever I even think about trying to go to sleep, my knees are beggining to sieze up on me, no matter how much i eat, i either get heartburn or feel as if there's a void in my stomach and finally, my left eye is twitching/vibrating constantly, and it's so bloody annoying that I'm ready to pull the damned thing out (Not quite yet though)

Gah, the one request I have of my body is that if it's going to fail, can it please do it quickly and suddenly, seems like the git isn't goint to comply though.

Ok, I have all those symptoms semi-regularly. It's called "not being in your twenties anymore." Yes, that's the latin term in the medical journals.

Potassium (i.e. bananas) also help with eye twitching. Happens to me sometimes, too.

Remember, it's not the age that kills you...but the mileage. If that's true, methinks there's a heavy overhaul just around the corner. Can I get a turbo this time?

the frequent heartburn sounds like it could be gerd. have you seen a doctor about it, or tried taking any acid reducers? i was having the same problem a few months ago, and i tried every over-the-counter drug i could think of (nexium, pepcid, tagamet, etc). then my doctor put me on protonix, a high-powered acid reducer, and the problems have almost entirely stopped.
