For the sports-minded among us, might I recommend http://deadspin.com/?

Brought to you by the same people who bring you the Consumerist, Valleywag, Jezebel and some other sites Wagegoth listed.

      Oh, right

Cracked.com. Endless amusement there too. Especially if you can't indulge in sound and video at work. ;p
My SO just got me hooked on that site - wasted half my morning there this morning.
I like: http://www.imdb.com/ it is a movie database - it is great fun, check the quote section to your favorite movies, learn new trivia - if you're a movie geek you'll have a great time

www.craftster.org is fun - and people tag their stuff NSFW (or it is done for them by mods) you'll see some great projects with free tutes too. They have contests that you can vote on - it is great to see what people come up with. Beware that if you are crafty at all - the swaps are highly addictive.

Fark links to Cracked.com...I've gotten sucked in there so many times.

I've seen This is Why You're Fat before, and I've just been looking through again now that someone mentioned it. There was a deep-fried Cadbury Creme Egg. Even I wouldn't go that far. And I loves me some Cadbury Creme Eggs.

And I went to bored.com and got caught up in a game called Causality. Now if I could just figure out the third level. Dammit!

Damn you, now I have to keep going...though the donut fries with raspberry jam sound kinda yummy.

Edit: Who the hell comes up with this stuff?

The Comics Curmudgeon- very funny daily breakdown of newspaper comics, and probably the only reason I will ever read Mary Worth or For Better or For Worse.
Ah, tally-ho, yippety-dip, and zing zang spillip! Looking forward to bullying off for the final chukka?

I was introduced to http://www.sporcle.com/ recently. Lots of interesting quiz-type games like naming the seven dwarfs to all the characters on That 70's Show.
Curse you! You have now ruined any hope of my doing anything productive while I'm off work this week!!!!!

I haven't seen Photoshop Disasters.com yet. I check them at least once a week, more if they seem to be busy. (warning, not always SFW).

and of course, Lolcats and their associated sites.

Have you ever checked out the Photoshop contests on Fark? Some mighty talented folks there. And mighty funny, too. Sometimes it's a specific picture they're supposed to 'shop, sometimes just a theme. The rules say that if a pic is not safe for work they're supposed to link it instead of posting in the thread, so they're usually OK, though every now and then things slip by.

Unfortunately, most of my boredom surfing is done at work, and Fark is blocked.

I much appreciate this! My boredom at work will be curbed for quite sometime.

                                OMG.

The picture with the family in the matching area rugs sweaters--I think I need to go gouge my eyes out with a rusty butter knife now.

That reminds me--we got a visit from our district manager today, and he came in wearing this maroon, brick red and pinkish vertically-striped---thing that I guess is technically a dress shirt.

I saw him go into the store manager's office while I was on break and I turned and whispered to the person sitting next to me "Is it just me or is [district manager] wearing a shower curtain today?"
