Discouraged repeatedly
ok, first off one of my major pet peeves is people talking or texting on the phone while holding a convo wherever. i think its rude to the nth degree as if saying you'd rather be on this electronic device than talk to me
just majorly discouraged here when trying to make new friends as i try to be on best behavior, be nice as i can and still be me. apparently people would rather do the above than make friends with me. their loss right?
then why do i feel like s**t? and my in laws wonder why i'm in front of the computer so often. because my online buddies are more fun to chat with even though i'm not face to face. i know. thats bad and just doing the same as the people on the phone but this is after the fact i've gone out and done my chores and cleaned house and cooked food and the day is done.
its cabin fever all over again.
sorry just wanted vent cause no one else that i talk to wants to listen is at work or asleep.
