  • American Idol Pwnage!

Did anyone watch the finale of American Idol last night? Kara DioGuardio (one of the judges) TOTALLY schooled one of the contestants who got kicked off early, and rightly so. Regardless of whether you watch the show or not, it's definitely worth you-tubing it. I had no idea she was so talented!!!

And then the surprise twist at the end of the song (don't wanna ruin it)...I started dying laughing! She was awesome!

Was that bikini girl? I saw the clip of her auditioning but I didn't see her on stage. My roommate mentioned it later (I was only watching because she had it on). I watched the early auditions for giggles but I don't watch the actual competition.

Re-Edit: Removed dead link. Guess you'll hafta find it yourself.

Bikini girl didn't look too thrilled to have a "partner" there...

All's I know about American Idol is Danny Gokey didn't win.

That's too bad. Had he won people might think of him when they think of Milwaukee, and not Jeffrey Dahmer.

That was awesome! Not only did bikini girl get cut down to size, but a charity got something out of it too.

I really like Kara, and I gotta give it to her, she's got a smokin' bod. She's older than me and I would give my left arm to look like that.

          BTW, I love Ryan's "I'd ask you what's new, but I think I know."

Yeah, Kara's not young....even though she looks it! She's also much older than I am, and I'd kill to have her stomach (though I suppose sit-ups are easier than killing haha).

I'm glad bikini-girl got knocked down a few pegs...she needed it!

I was listening to the radio the next morning and they were talking about the other girl that won an "award" right before they "needed" to take a commercial break, and she went up and took the mic and started singing while Ryan kept saying "we need to take a break"...one of the DJs said that her kid pointed out that if they didn't want her to keep going they would have just cut off her mic...

Sit-ups are not that hard, actually. You don't even have to do the kind where you come all the way up, as that usually just screws up your back and your neck.

I do what's called "bicyclist crunches". Get in the position as if you were about to do a regular crunch, but instead, come up, touch your right elbow to your left knee, then down, come back up, touch your left elbow to your right knee, and keep going. It really, really burns at first and seems hard, but just keep doing it.

Start out simple. Just do 5-10 at a time and relax, then try again. Soon you'll be doing 20 at a time. Then 30. Then 40. Then 50. It's really, really simple after a while.
