Finally, my niece is going to make her arrival.
After many, maaaany early close calls and frequent stopping of labor by the doctor, she's a week overdue.
My sister went in to labor and delivery this morning at midnight to be induced. My mother went to be with her this morning at 5 am.
It's 9:30 and still no baby. Expected arrival is sometime around three PM.
I'm going up to see my sister, but I'm being careful to not bother her or get in the way.
I'm excited, but nervous!
It's like all Christmases rolled into one!
I will take pictures of baby and post them if I secure new mommy's approval.
