....But I absolutely love their internet service. I know people like to trash them (mainly because of throttling to torrent users, which I don't do anyway) but their service is the fastest I have ever used.
With my old cable company (a small local entity called Advanced Cable Communications), I would max at 700Kb a second when downloading (and that was rare). Which wasn't so bad, but the downside was their upload speeds - uploading videos to Dailymotion, for example, was downright painful as the max transfer rate I ever got was 45kb a second.
Now with Comcast - I have their plus version - I never get below 700kb a second when downloading unless a server is slow and I have sometimes gotten as high as 2MB a second or more. Uploading is now painless as uploading my videos to Dailymotion now runs around 320KB a second, much faster.
Now if only AT&T can increase their U-verse to beyond 15mbps - that's the only way I'll switch.
