Bomb Threat at My Little Cousin's Daycare

Here's the kicker: his daycare is on the military base my aunt works at.

So that begs two questions:

1.) Why the HELL would someone put a bomb threat on a DAYCARE?

2.) Who the HELL is dumb enough to put a bomb threat on a building on a MILITARY BASE?

Well, military bases would be prime target for any terrorist activity. Day cares are also emotional targets, a good way scare people specifically those with kids at the center. If you want to generate chaos, as a terrorist would, threaten children.
