So I was having second thoughts about going to the hospital for housekeeping until this little gem happened. My boss confronted the boss of the new company taking over and she demanded to know what is happening with the takeover?Well first off the new boss done nothing but insulted me in the conversation.He said that all I do is sit on my butt and I'm probadly too stupid to do paperwork.(yes he said too stupid).And he said that I would have to comform to the uniform,rules and that I couldn't wear all that jewerly that I wear now(I wear a necklace,wedding rings and earrings).My boss got really mad about the stuff he was saying and said well candyshopgirl is one hell of a employee,shes reliable,does ALL the paperwork for the shop,does the ordering and she cleans.And then she asked wether I would have a job or not and the idiot just stood there and said Well I don't know,I don't think she works hard enough.
So fuck them all to hell I'll go to the hospital .It just pretty much confirmed my feelings,that they are a shitty company to work for. I've been told by just about every employee that they are jerks. The kicker of the story is that they brought down books for me to highlight all the products we sell.I should have confronted them about what they said about me(they didn't know my boss had told me what they said).I feel like I want to explode.Me and the hubby feel the reason why they want to get rid of me is so they can get a bunch of college kids in here and push them around.
Oh well everything happens for a reason.

They want to hire idiots for less pay to replace you. They do that at Wal-Mart all the time & then later have the nerve to wonder why morale & productivity are so low.
You'll find something better.

Yep in two weeks I start my job at the hospital.Its a LOT more pay so screw em. What made me so mad was that they assumed I was just goofing off on the computer.What they don't know is I do speardsheets on the computer for the magazines and I do a lot of inventory on it too.So once again fuck em,they are losing a great employee.What hurts the most is this is how I'm leaving the university.I was a hard working and loyal employees,even staying late to make sure everything was in the computer right,stocked and displayed for the weekend.It pisses me off and hurts.Like my hubby said thats how the university is they will smile and shake your hand to your face and spit on you when you turn to leave.
