*wonders how long until Sarlon starts hating yard work*

Seriously, I've been in my place nearly 3 years...and still have plenty of work to do. Previous owner basically ignored the yard, other than cutting the grass. As such, it wasn't too surprising that I had weeds taller than the house in places
and that most of the shrubs simply had to go, along with the rotting "railroad ties" in the front.
Whatever you do though, make sure you read everything carefully...or get someone you trust go through the documents. You don't want to sign off on it, and then find yourself getting shafted later. I should also stress that a home inspection is a good idea.
