I see nothing wrong with sending someone a dick picture provided that 1. the recipient requested it and 2. the sender is being honest and sending a picture of their actual dick, and not an image they found online of one that is, ahem, superior to their own.

Since the OP clearly did not request said image, I think it is safe to say that Miguel is basically a giant douchebag.
