If I suddenly stop posting, it's because I'm dead.
I put my mother's money where her mouth is.
After Prop8 passed she said she would love to help overturning the amendment (please, no prop 8 debates, we have plenty of those on fratching)
So, while in the Castro district (OMG, that was such a culture shock and overload) I was talking to a Equality California volunteer asking for donations to overturn 8. I didn't have enough money available on any of my plastic to make a donation (at least and not leave me enough for my travel back to Salt Lake)... so, I have a joint card with mother.
As of now, she is a proud member of Equality California
She should know by now that you don't make promises like that and don't expect me to hold you to them
