OK, I don't have one of those across the way, but I do have a tighty-whities guy who sits at his computer with the blinds partially open. He's usually in shorts, but tonight I came home and got a suprise! LOL

Sheriff, our neighborhood lunatic, has been known to fight neighborhood crime in his tightie whities. As in, seeing/hearing something, dashing outside in his undies with ancient cordless phone in hand, a time or two actually booking it down the street.
